Tastings of Barolo Chinato in pairing with different types of dark chocolate and pralines.
The choice is made between 18 labels of Barolo Chinato to combine with dark chocolate with various percentages of cocoa, chocolates, assorted pralines, a selection of homemade chocolate and exclusive also the Barolino Chinato, a chocolate artisan Specially created for the event by the master pastry Chef and regional delegate conpait Alessandro Del Trotti, present with his assistant Fabrizio Tosa to accompany us in the world of chocolate.
Timetable: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (last admission to 5:30 pm for a more quiet and pleasant tasting). No reservation required, because tastings are guaranteed within the indicated hours . The visit of the Enoteca Regionale del Barolo is free, so there is no entrance fee to access the property, but only a tasting ticket if you want to taste the products presented (the tasting ticket is to buy directly at our desk by 5:30 pm).
