BAROLO WINE EDUCATIONAL

RESERVATION REQUIRED

We are wise when we drink well:
He who does not know how to drink, knows nothing.

“sensory walks”

From the Vineyard to the Glass

The “BAROLO WINE EDUCATIONAL” project includes 5 different modules of horizontal or vertical tastings of Barolo, which are chosen in rotation among those selected by our Tasting Commission and which come from different vineyards and soils, because the morphology of the Barolo area is the result of different geological eras that are reflected in the structure of the wine. Calling.

Our visitors are taken on a real sensory journey “from the vineyard to the glass”: each path it is in fact preceded by a brief introductory moment, in which you come into “sensory” contact with the land from which the wines presented for tasting come, to better understand what can be the characteristics that each individual producer interprets in his own way, making Barolo unique, but with a DNA that unites it to many others while keeping it unrepeatable.

Our aim is really ambitious:

– allow the less “experienced” wine tourist to concretely experience that quality is a value in its own right with respect to the structure

and that from the label it is possible to acquire a lot of useful information on its characteristics

– help the enthusiast to expand his knowledge of the sensory profiles of Barolo

Experience!

The body of Barolo depends on the area of production…
but it is the producer who gives it its soul.
