A modern and innovative tasting

Barolo… Simply

we have chosen for you the Enomatic dispenser ® , an avant-garde technology that allows the wine to be spilling directly from the bottle to the glass through the insertion into the food gas system (inert gas that avoids the normal alterations of the wine due To oxygenation).

Our Barolo therefore maintains intact its features for more than three weeks after bottle opening:this is why we can offer our visitors a selection of up to 32 best preserved labels.

A unique experience in the world of Barolo

Who is it addressed To?

To all, experts and not, as long as they are interested in high quality wine

How does it work?

In a PRACTICAL and INTUITIVE way

1.

WITHDRAW THE SPECIAL WINECARD WITH CONSUMER CREDIT

By delivering a valid IDENTITY DOCUMENT as a security deposit to the Desk, withdraw the WINECARD and the GLASS with which to choose among the available labels and to make the tasting

2.

INSERT THE WINECARD into THE ENOMATIC DISPENSER ®

The Winecard is inserted with the coloured surface facing upwards in the Enomatic® dispenser corresponding to the Barolo chosen following the indications and the order of the presentation of the labels

3.

PLACE THE GLASS UNDER THE ENOMATIC DISPENSER ®

the correct position of the glass, better suited to optimum service, is the height of the regulator: in this way the organoleptic characteristics of chosen Barolo are kept unchanged

4.

YOU PRESS THE BUTTON on THE DISPLAY of THE ENOMATIC DISPENSER ®

To activate the dispensing, simply select the display that corresponds to the desired Barolo and that also indicates the cost of the tasting

5.

WAIT FOR THE END OF THE SUPPLY

The dispensing corresponds to the 25 ml technical dose of Barolo, at the end of which it’s necessary to extract WineCard from the Enomatic® Dispenser

6.

AND FINALLY… HAVE A GOOD TASTING!

The WineCard is not binding: whether it’s a tasting or more tastings, you only pay for the Barolo actually dispensed

How much is it?

Each tasting has a fixed cost from 2.00 to 4.00 euros, according to the commercial value and the vintage of the chosen Barolo.

The Enomatic® Dispenser Display shows the price of each taste, which is recorded on the Winecard according to the principle of consumer credit:
The payment takes place only at the end of the tasting

How to choose from so many labels?

The selection of Barolo wine tasting is subdivided up to 4 modules of 8 wines each and is based on morphological and vintage criteria:

Module 1 (last year on sale): from Sandy soils, a selection of Barolo fruity and less tannic
Module 2 (last year on sale): from mixed soils, a selection of Barolo soft and balanced
Module 3 (last year on sale): from clayey soils, a selection of full-bodied and tannic Barolo
Module 4 (previous vintages on sale): from all soils, a selection of Barolo in a crescendo of structure

A numerical sequence indicates the stage didactic path (recommended), however each one can manage the tastings autonomously, following the order of the modules or choosing according to the sensation of the moment
